Konica Minolta is actively seeking a Showroom Operator in the Graphic Arts and Industrial Print sector. The current IP/PP portfolio consists of dry toner digital printing & Inkjet technology, Label printing & finishing, spot UV/foil and corrugated packaging. As the frontline of Konica Minolta, our Showroom Operator is vital to our overall success.
Collaborating with our sales representatives, Showroom Operator is responsible for helping our clients meet their business needs through their on-going knowledge of current products and services.

Your job description:

• Responsible for the availability, arrangement and quantity of samples of finished products in the showroom.
• Increase the company's customer base in order to increase the company's sales revenue
• Actively assisting and teaming with sales representatives, key account managers, marketing department in order to sell Industrial Printing Solutions
• Takes care of the good appearance and technical service ability of the equipment in the showroom by relying on the competence of the technical team in the company.
• Manage existing and prospect clientele through consulting, customer care and need identification
• Monitor, understand and analyze business operations of customers
• Formulate innovative ideas, generate proposals and execute strategic action plan
• Be comfortable in face-to-face and remote (online/phone) communication

General Requirements:

• Knowledge of the Production Printing Market and Graphic Arts Market, the technology and methodology of digital printing (Dry toner and inkjet)
• Pre-printing and post printing knowledge will be considered an asset (prepress-post press)
• Color management knowledge
• Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Suite
• General knowledge of IP/PP products and printing industry
• Working experience in the sales field minimum 4 years
• Technical and Sales skills, creating of trust relationship to the customer
• New portfolio creation and maintenance of current customers portfolio
• Able to present to customers and market experts
• English spoken and written literacy / Microsoft literacy
• Driving license
