Inside Sales Account Manager

Job Title: Inside Sales Account Manager (ISS team) / Private Sector Location: Athens, Greece

Join our team and be part of a company that values creativity, collaboration, and excellence. Actively we are seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager (ISS team), part of the Direct Sales Department. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in increasing the company’s customer base and be responsible for selling products and solutions that the company offers through remote (online/phone) communication.
Your job description: • Build and upgrades partner relationships with new and existing customers of the company. • Identifies and develops cross-portfolio business opportunities within existing accounts • Delivers and maintains an accurate monthly rolling forecast. • Monitors and reports on competitor activity and market intelligence • Drives timely actions on renewal and extension opportunities. • Works collaboratively with all sales team to identify and implement opportunities for client portfolio growth, sales and profit. • Utilizes existing database and establishes contact with potential customers. • Builds and maintains a database of new leads and contacts in CRM • Enters into CRM on a regular daily basis information from meetings held during the day • Leads negotiations and closes deals with maximum profitability. • Submits proposals into CRM • Drafts technical documentation for customer transactions and tender submissions • Participates in meetings and demonstrations to clients together with specialists in the Technical Department, Consultants or Team Leader • Manages a portfolio of clients for whom he/she is personally responsible ensuring that they are satisfied with the company's service • Provides reports as requested by management.
General Requirements: Education: • University degree (economics/business major or IT major) Professional Experience: • Experience in selling products and services Professional knowledge and skills • At least 2 years of professional experience in call center sales of Technology industry (printing industry is considered a plus) • Sales experience in structured corporate environments • Excellent MS Office skills • Excellent CRM tool skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a business environment • Excellent command of the English language • Be comfortable in remote (online/phone) communication.
