Industrial Printing Junior Sales Consultant
What we are looking for: Konica Minolta Business Solutions Greece based in Athens is a services provider in the field of office document solutions as well as digital production printing solutions and Video Security Solutions. Konica Minolta is actively seeking an Industrial Printing Junior Sales Consultant in the Graphic Arts & Industrial Printing sector (GA & IP). The current IP portfolio consists of high-tech machines that can be customized according to customer needs and specially developed software solutions made to provide for effectiveness, time saving and cast saving. As GA & IP has become a significant and specialized department within Konica Minolta global solution portfolio, the IP Sales Consultants are vital to our overall success. Working closely with the GA & IP team, and our customers, the IP Junior Sales Consultant shall be responsible for building solid relationships with clients and helping them meet their business needs through their on-going knowledge of current products and services.
Your job description: • Advising and upgrading existing customers and prospects for greater competitiveness • Identifying new sales opportunities and expanding the company's customer portfolio • Monitor market trends, potential and play a key role in implementing the sales strategy for the portfolio entrusted to him/her. • Advises and provides the best solutions to meet customer needs • Develops and maintains the customer portfolio • Proactively negotiates with customers in order to achieve the sales targets set by the company • Responsible for the entire sales process of Industrial manufacturing solutions • Develops the market and potential for the company with respect to the assigned Manufacturing Solutions portfolio. • Ensures that the salespeople in the Direct Sales Department are informed about the current products in the entrusted portfolio of Konica Minolta by organizing regular training sessions for the sales team, according to their needs. • Responsible for the commercial plan regarding the company's Industrial Solutions portfolio and its execution for each financial year. • Uses the existing database by industry and takes a key role in negotiations with current and potential customers until a deal is concluded • Maintains and updates available database with current and new potential customers. • Participates in meetings and demonstrations to clients in conjunction with Technical Department specialists • Monitors the maintenance of an up-to-date customer and deal register for software solutions in the company's CRM system • Correctly prepares and communicates offers to potential customers and monitors feedback on them
General Requirements: • Basic knowledge of digital printing technology • Working experience in the sales field maximum 4 years • Negotiation and Sales skills, creating of trust relationship to the customer • New portfolio creation and maintenance of current customers portfolio • Able to present to customers and market experts • English spoken and written literacy / Microsoft literacy • Driving license
