The current IP portfolio consists of high-tech machines that can be customized according to customer needs and specially developed software solutions made to provide for effectiveness, time saving and cost saving. As Service & Support has become a significant and specialized department within Konica Minolta global solution portfolio, the Technician is vital to our overall success. Working closely with the Service team, and our customers, the Technician shall be responsible for the installation of the machines, their maintenance, as well as for building solid relationships with clients and helping them meet their business needs through their on-going knowledge of current products and services.
Your job description: • Respond promptly and professionally to service calls, identifying and resolving technical faults, and handling any technical modifications as required. This may include working outside regular office hours as needed to meet customer requirements within the Industrial Print environment. • Perform maintenance, periodic servicing and repair based on Service Manual • Provide advice and training to customers on all machine functions to ensure they are fully informed and able to maximize the capabilities of the installed equipment. • Perform all repairs safely and in compliance with manufacturer recommendations and health and safety regulations. • Complete technical reports accurately and promptly. • Effectively use technological tools to ensure continuous improvements in service delivery, including maintaining updated access to and use of all relevant technical documentation. • Advise customers regularly on spare parts and consumable requirements. • Maintain frequent communication with colleagues from Konica Minolta Greece and international teams. • Preparing and conducting training for operators and administrators on the operation of Konica Minolta devices.
General Requirements: Education • Higher education (strong electric and electronic background)
Professional Experience: +5 years relevant work experience • Good knowledge of the printing technology products and services • Preferred experience in offset printer maintenance • Experience in color management • A strong grasp of mechanics, electrical systems, color, substrates, and finishing processes. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a business environment • Good command of the English language • Driving license Professional knowledge and skills • Good knowledge of the printing technology products and services • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a business environment • Good command of the English language • Driving license
